Edible Island Whole Foods Market offers free range, field-fed local beef and pork, plus locally raised small farm lamb and chicken.  We sell Vancouver Island-grown, nitrate-free bacon and sausages, plus certified organic bison and turkey meat products.  Edible Island also offers frozen wild caught salmon, tuna and locally canned fish.

Fresh Baked and Delivered Daily

Edible Island Whole Foods Markets has locally baked breads and baked goodies delivered daily. One of our bakeries supplies yeast free, “levain-style” breads made with either wheat, rye, spelt or kamut. We also offer gluten-free breads and baked goods in our freezer section.

We feature organic seasonal fruits and veggies as they come in season.  We also top up and round out our produce selection with interesting, seasonal, non-organic produce to please our discerning clientele as supply dictates.

As our local growing season allows, Edible Island Whole Foods Market is proud to offer many organically grown fruits and vegetables, grown or wild crafted right here in the Comox Valley.
